आईपीओ मामले में सेबी ने किया अमर उजाला को तलब
सेबी ने आईपीओ मामले में अमर उजाला को तलब किया है। इस मामले में मर्चेंट बैंकर से स्पष्टीकरण मांगा गया है। हालांकि सेबी ने यह साफ नहीं किया है कि किस मामले में स्पष्टीकरण मांगा गया है। गौरतलब है अमर उजाला आईपीओ लाने के लिए सेबी के पास आवेदन कर रखा है। लेकिन सेबी को लगता है कि इसमें तमाम महत्वपूर्ण जानकारियां नहीं हैं। उसे लगता है कि कहीं ऐसा तो नहीं कि ये जानकारियां कहीं छिपा तो नहीं ली गई हैं। इस संबंध में कई लोगों ने सेबी से संपर्क साधा था, ताकि आम निवेशक का पैसे के साथ कोई खिलवाड़ न हो सके। सेबी ने कुछ और कंपनियों को भी तलब किया है।
NEW DELHI: Capital markets regulator Sebi has sought clarification from merchant bankers of five firms including Amar Ujala Publications and Dilip Buildcon regarding their proposed initial public offers (IPOs).
